Bhagwat Singh is a resident of Mumbai, India with 16 years experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate and 26 years experience in Indian Air Force.
After serving the nation for 26 years, Mr. Singh decided to take voluntary retirement and start his own Real Estate Investment firm in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai; his company Vayu Shakti Real Estate Consultants has served over 300 clients in Residential and Commercial rent/sale space. What makes Mr. Singh unique from others is the way he uses the skills “Leadership, Self-confidence, Ability to understand others, Integrity, Diligent, Politeness, Efficient Management,” gained in Indian Air Force in his approach to guiding clients towards meeting their investment goals.
Mr. Singh’s focus is on helping clients make the right decision more than closing a deal. He enjoys spending his spare time with his family and doing yoga and taking long walks in and around beautiful green landscape of Kharghar.
